Directions
Glasgow Airport is situated about 8 miles from the centre of Glasgow and can easily be reached from the M8 motorway (junction 28), with a typical journey time of 20 minutes. If you're using GPS you can input the postcode PA3 2SW. Alternatively, you can get printed directions using the airports very own AA Route Planner..
Picking up and dropping off
A new purpose-built drop-off zone to the west of international arrivals is available for all private vehicles, Renfrewshire Council taxis, Glasgow TAO taxis and private hire taxis. Flight information screens will provide live updates on all departing and arriving flights, and help points will be available for any passenger in need of assistance.
Special needs
Special provision has been made to allow disabled drivers (blue badge holders) to drop off and pick up in the designated blue badge spaces on the ground floor of Short Stay Car Park 2, directly opposite the terminal. Car Park tickets should be taken to the customer service desk within the car park for validation giving up to 30 minutes' free access. Drivers will be asked to produce a blue badge before the ticket is validated.

The nearest rail station to the airport is Paisley Gilmour Street, just one mile from the terminal and easily reached by taxi or bus (services 66 and 300).
There are direct rail services from Paisley Gilmour Street to Glasgow Central, Ayr and Clyde Coast destinations.
